Managing Your Profile

Keep your profile information up to date.

Accessing Your Profile

Your profile page is accessible from within your portal. The location depends on your role:

  • Studio Owners: Go to your Studio dashboard and open the Profile or Studio Settings page
  • Dancers: Open the Profile page from your Dancer dashboard
  • Judges: Open My Details from your Judge dashboard

Studio Owner Profile

Your studio profile page contains:

Studio Code Card: A prominent card showing your studio's unique invite code. Use the Copy button to share it with dancers and teachers so they can link their accounts to your studio.

Password Reset

To change your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. This sends a password reset email to your registered address.

Deleting Your Role or Account

The Danger Zone on the profile page offers two separate actions:

  • Remove Studio Owner Role: removes only your Studio Owner role and the data that belongs to it (your studio, its dancer and teacher records, and its competition data). Your login and any other roles on your account stay active. This option only appears when your account holds more than one role.
  • Delete Entire Account: permanently deletes your whole account, every role on it, and all data belonging to those roles. If Studio Owner is your only role, the page shows a single "Delete My Account" action, which does the same thing.

Both actions show a full list of what will be removed and require a typed confirmation before anything happens. Deletions are permanent and cannot be undone.
