Searching for Dancer Results

How to search for a dancer's competition results using their ID number.

Kompdesk provides a public results search page where anyone can look up a dancer's competition scores and placements using their ID number. No account or login required.

How to Search

  1. Go to the Public Results page (accessible from the event's public page or a link shared by the organiser)
  2. Enter the dancer's ID number (the last 6 digits used during registration)
  3. Click Search

What You Will See

If results are published for the event, you will see:

Entry Cards for each routine the dancer performed:

  • Entry number and routine name
  • Dancer names (for group routines)
  • Section information (age group, style, level, performance type)
  • Status badge

Score Details (expand each entry):

  • Scores from each judge, broken down by scoring criteria
  • Average/total scores
  • Battle placements (if applicable)
  • Judge comments (if the organiser enabled them)

Downloading Results

Click the PDF export button to download the dancer's results as a formatted PDF document. This is useful for keeping a record or sharing with family.

When Results Are Not Available

Results may not appear if:

  • The event organiser has not published results yet
  • The event is still in progress
  • The event is in draft or cancelled status
  • The dancer did not perform in any scored sections

Contact the event organiser if you believe results should be available but are not showing.
