The Check-In Status page lets you see which of your studio's dancers have been checked in at the competition venue. This is a read-only view: check-ins are performed by the event organiser.
Accessing Check-In Status
From your Studio Event Portal, click Check-In in the sidebar navigation.
Progress Overview
A progress card at the top shows:
- Circular progress meter: percentage of your dancers checked in
- Total Dancers: number of your dancers registered for the event
- Checked In: how many have arrived (green)
- Pending: how many have not yet checked in (amber)
Finding Your Dancers
Search: Use the search bar to find dancers by name, ID number, or routine name.
Filter: Use the status filter buttons:
- All: show every dancer
- Pending: only dancers who have not checked in
- Checked In: only dancers who have arrived
Dancer Cards
Each dancer card shows:
- Check-in icon (green checkmark if checked in, clock if pending)
- Dancer name and status badge
- Date of birth and ID number
- Number of entries
- Expandable entry list showing entry numbers, routine names, and statuses
Important Note
Check-in is performed by the event organiser when dancers arrive at the venue. As a studio owner, you can only view the current status. You cannot check in dancers yourself. If a dancer's status appears incorrect, contact the event organiser.
