Viewing Your Results

The Results page shows scores, placements, awards, and certificates for your studio's entries. Results are released by the organizer and may become available after each section, day, or at the end of the event.

Tabs

The Results page has three tabs:

Results Tab

Entries are grouped by section. For each entry you can see:

• Rank/Placement (if published by the organizer)
• Entry number and routine name
• Dancer names listed under the entry
• Overall score

Expanding an entry reveals detailed scoring:

• Score breakdown by judge
• Individual criteria scores (from the scorecard)
• Judge comments (if enabled by the organizer)

Search and filter:

• Search by routine name, dancer name, or entry number
• Filter by specific sections using the "Sections" button

Awards Tab

Awards are grouped into categories:

• Custom Awards: configured by the organizer (e.g., highest score overall, highest score per section)
• High Score Awards: entries with the highest scores, including section winners
• Placements by Section: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place entries per section

Battle and placement-battle sections are excluded from these awards aggregations. Battle dancers see their section placement in the Results tab and earn certificates for ranks 1–7 separately.

Each award shows the entry name, dancers, entry number, and score (if visible).

Certificates Tab

Shows downloadable certificates for entries that placed. Includes:

• Summary of gold, silver, and bronze certificates earned
• Certificate cards you can click to preview
• Download option from the preview

Note: Certificates are only available for entries that received 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place.

Result Visibility

The organizer controls when results become visible:

• Results may be published immediately or held until after the event
• The organizer can hide top placements temporarily (e.g., hide 1st place until the awards ceremony)
• If results are not yet published, you will see a "Results Not Yet Published" message
