The Schedule page shows the full competition schedule with your studio's entries highlighted with a "Studio" badge so they stand out.
What You'll See
For each schedule item:
- Start and end time (estimated)
- Duration (e.g., "2h 30m")
- Section name: Age division, style, level
- Entry list: All entries in the section (expandable)
- Your entries highlighted with a "Studio" label
Colours and the Only my studio switch
Rows use four colours: grey for upcoming, amber for your studio's sections, green for live now and muted for completed. Day tabs for days on which your studio dances carry an amber mark. Turn on Only my studio to list just your studio's sections across every day. Your choice is remembered on this device.
Share the Programme With Parents
The Share the programme with parents card on this page gives you a link to the running order. Parents open it on their phones and follow the event live, with no account or ticket. Copy the link and send it to your families.
Multi-Day Events
Tabs at the top let you switch between competition days. Each tab shows the day name, date, and the number of sections scheduled for that day.
Live Schedule (Event Day)
On competition day, the schedule updates automatically every 90 seconds:
- Current section shown with a green highlight and animation
- Completed sections are faded
- Progress indicator shows how far through the day the event is
Important Notes
- Times are estimates and may shift during the day
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your first entry
- If the schedule hasn't been published yet, you'll see a message to check back later
