Switching Between Your Dancers

How the Viewing chips in the portal header control which child every screen shows.

If you manage more than one dancer, the portal header carries a Viewing row with one chip per child, plus All dancers. Whatever you pick there is what every screen in the portal shows.

Managing a single dancer? The row does not appear. There is nothing to switch between, so the portal simply shows that child everywhere.

What the Selection Affects

ScreenEffect
DashboardShows the next event for the selected child, or for all of them
My DancersLists only the selected child
Trophy CaseShows that child's awards. On All dancers, one trophy case per child, stacked
EventsThe Register button registers the selected child by name

All Dancers

All dancers is the default when you manage more than one. Nothing is hidden in this mode, and the Register button on an event asks which child you mean before it goes anywhere.

It Is Remembered

Your choice is kept on the device you are using, so coming back later opens on the same child. Selecting a child also points the event portals at them, so opening an event lands on the right dancer without a second pick.

"Where Did My Other Children Go?"

My Dancers shows a note reading Showing 1 of 3 dancers with a Show all link whenever the switcher is filtering the list. Nothing has been removed from your account. Tap Show all, or pick All dancers in the header.

Switching Inside an Event

The Viewing chips also appear in an event portal header when two or more of your dancers are registered for that event. Use them to move between siblings without leaving the page you are reading, whether that is the schedule, entries, or results.
