An organiser invited you to help run one event. Accept the invitation link, sign in or create a free account, and the Staff Portal for that event opens.
What you see
The menu lists only the screens the organiser gave you: for example MC Controls, Music Player, Dancer Check-In, Door Check-In or Results. Each works exactly as it does for the organiser. Results is viewing only unless you were also given Correct Results and Podiums.
When a screen is missing
Ask the organiser. They add or remove screens on their Event Staff Access page and the change applies the next time you open the portal. If the portal says you are not on this event's staff, you have not been invited, or you were removed.
Several events
Each event is a separate invitation. Your account can be staff on events run by different organisers, each with its own portal.
Which account to use
The invitation joins whichever account is signed in when you accept it. If you already use Kompdesk as a judge, a teacher or a parent, accept with that account: the Staff Portal is added beside your other portals.
