The Entries tab on your Event Dashboard lets you view and manage all submitted competition entries.
Accessing Entries
From the Event Dashboard, scroll down to the Entries section. You'll see a table of all entries with search and filter options.
Note: Studios can edit their own entries until the entries closing date. As an organiser, you can edit any entry that is not yet scheduled.
Entry Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Entry created but not yet submitted by the studio |
| Submitted | Studio has submitted the entry for the competition |
| Scheduled | Entry has been placed on the competition schedule |
| Withdrawn | Entry has been withdrawn |
Searching Entries
Use the search bar to filter entries by:
- Routine name
- Entry number
- Section or style
- Studio name
- Status
- Dancer name
Adding an Entry
Click "Add Entry" to create a new entry. This is useful for late registrations or entries that need to be added manually by the organiser.
Editing an Entry
Click the Edit button on an entry to modify it. You can only edit entries that are not yet scheduled. Once an entry is on the schedule, it cannot be edited directly. You would need to remove it from the schedule first.
Deleting an Entry
Click the Delete button on an entry to remove it. The delete button is disabled for scheduled entries to prevent accidental removal of entries that are already on the schedule.
Entry Details
Click the expand arrow on an entry to see additional details:
- Notes attached to the entry (shown with a notes icon)
- All dancers in the entry with their positions (for group entries)
