How Dancers Get Registered
| Method | Who Does It | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Studio registers dancer | Studio owner/teacher | Dancer linked to studio |
| Dancer self-registers | Dancer with studio code | Dancer linked to studio automatically |
| Guardian registers | Parent/guardian | Dancer linked to studio if affiliated |
Removing a Dancer
- Click the Remove button next to a dancer
- A confirmation dialog explains cascade effects:
- All entries submitted by that dancer will be removed
- All scores for those entries will be removed
- Confirm to proceed. This action cannot be undone
Note: Removing a dancer does not affect other dancers from the same studio.
Fee reassignment: If the removed dancer was the one whose registration fee was charged to the studio, the system automatically reassigns the fee to another dancer still registered under that studio, so the studio's fee count stays accurate.
